A Change for the Season

Farmhand is expecting a pretty big change coming up in September...I'm leaving to move to Corvallis to go back to school and finish up my degree. I will miss Farmhand a ton, I've got a lot of memories here and I will miss doing the displays and seeing our good customers...though I admit, I will not miss slinging heavy bags of feed around! As I was working on snapping some photos for this blog, I found the bottom picture here and it made me smile...since I am going to be attending OSU in the fall. Whoever matched up these letters...I appreciated it! Thanks for all the years of support, birthday cards, ice cream on hot days, swapping fish stories, smiles, and love, I will miss you guys!!             - Sara

Life's a Beach

Our newest display is up in Monticello! In fact, we've sold furniture twice already and had to switch stuff out repeatedly already...But that's ok with us! Beautiful pieces of real coral in all different shapes and sizes, colored sea fans, blue jars filled with sand and shells, old glass floats, antique clock with a ship on it, and lots of tillandsias!

Something Fresh

Ok, so the french bread isn't really fresh...it's fake! But how cute coming out of a french market basket?! The super soft long sleeve shirts have been very popular as well, they are perfect for a summer morning when you need just a light layer. The cement bunnies make frequent appearances in the shop, and are a customer favorite as well. The garden sunhats have an SPF rating and are so comfy and cute, they look good on anyone! At only twenty dollars a piece,  it's no wonder we have nearly sold out of three colors!

Sweet Little Purses

We got in a new shipment of sweet little purses in fun pops of color for every summer outfit! Just the right size for your phone and a credit card...that's all you need to have the best day..right?

Newest Repent Goodies

Boy, it has been awhile since our last post! Sorry everyone, it has been hopping around here (also Mary locked the camera with all the pictures in her glovebox and kept forgetting to get it to me so I can blog!). Here are some pictures of our last load of goodies up to Monticello.. We loved the little folding corona typewriter, it has already sold. We are getting ready to completely change up our display into an ocean theme tomorrow morning, so hopefully I will get you up some pictures sooner than I did with these :)

Repent in Monticello

Well, we did it...we are officially moved into Monticello Antiques in Portland! Here are directions to Monticello (you can pretty much ignore the first few steps, just focus on getting onto I-5 and follow the steps from there). We will be bringing new things to Repent once a week to keep it fresh, so keep your eyes out! Thanks to Joyce and all the wonderful employees at Monticello, we couldn't do it without you!
