Stonewall Kitchen food we've carried years ago, but holy cow have they expanded their line, and oh my gosh is it good! We have in grille sauces, glazes, preserves, donut mixes, sandwich spreads, and much, much more. My favorite, if I HAD to pick one, I have been using a lot of the Maple Chipotle Grille Sauce..in wraps, salads, chicken, and even salmon! We will be serving a lot of Stonewall's food at our Holiday Open House November 19th: wasabi horseradish glazed local salmon, apple cider baked donuts, BBQ chicken salad, and much more! Come in and try the flavors and you will see why we are all hooked!

Mulling Spices

Wow. Sorry for the large gap in blogs! We have been crazy around the store getting ready for the holidays and helping customers...I never got anytime to blog! To fill you all in, here is a great line of mulling spices that you can add to bread, muffins, cookies, ice cream, or just make some good old fashioned mulled cider!

Is Halloween really for kids?

Our new order of Halloween masks have been flying out the door in the hands of ADULTS!! So who is having more fun dressing up for Halloween, kids or the adults? I think it is the adults this year. So come see the new masks and pick one for yourself. Then do the right thing and buy one for your child while you are here... Happy Halloween to young and old.

The next item for the day is for everyone to wish Sara (my daughter) and her husband a fun two week vacation in Hawaii. Don't worry about me Sara, I'm just killing myself doing both jobs.... Of course I am kidding and things are going along quite smoothly. I have even done a few new displays in the store too. So have a great vacation Sara and Ben. And I think I have even done a blog.... Life is amazing!

He's retired

Everyone always asks Sara and I why Bob isn't helping out at the store as often as he used too. Well he is retired and this is what he does as often as he can - Chinook! His fishing has taken his time away from Farmhand but we sure do enjoy eating his catch. So have your fun Bob as you have earned it. And we say "FISH ON!".

Fall pumpkins and gourds

Isn't this just your favorite time of year! It is ours here at Farmhand. We love the colors and the warm smells too. So now is the time to start decorating for fall with our pumpkins, gourds and indian corn and we have lots to choose from. Put a bale of straw on your front porch and a real leaf wreath on your door.... Welcome Fall!
