It's never a bad time to be patriotic! The red, white, and blue has begun to show up in a fun display in our front window complete with a vintage child's uncle sam outfit! You won't see too many of these around, and it is completely handmade. To see more pictures of it you can check out Sara's Etsy page.

Well, our Organic Gardening class went well on Saturday the eighth! Lots of gardeners showed up to hear Dale Smith and Emily Rinck talk about everything you need to create your own successful organic garden. The "students" sat on our comfy bales of straw while sipping lemonade and nibbling on cookies. Our famous Farmhand cat, Noel, even stopped in to listen for some gardening tips. Watch our blog for news on our next class sometime soon!

Mother's Day

Give mom something she will have throughout the summer with one of our many planted flower containers. Sara even painted them with chalkboard paint so you can change the message - from Happy Mothers Day to Happy 4th of July to Please Remove Your Shoes!
So please remember to tell your Mom "Thanks and I love You" on Sunday. Being a Mom is one of the best and hardest jobs I have ever had. So thank you for being a good Mom too - cause the world needs us to turn out good kids. Have a relaxing day... Mary
